How much does it cost?

Is it online?
Yes. Everything is delivered online through our own platform, so you can work through it from anywhere, at any hour. Click, download, print, complete. You do not need to be good with computers.
Do I get a coach, or is it just modules?
You get a coach. Auto Superstars Academy includes one-on-one coaching on demand with a coach who is a current or former auto repair shop owner, plus unlimited email access to the team for the whole eight weeks.
How much time will it take?
About one to two hours a week. It is built around the fact that you are already flat out and probably still on the tools.
Fair warning: you will spend a fair bit of downtime thinking about what to do next.
What if I miss a week, or go away?
Nothing is lost. Each module opens weekly and waits for you. They do not expire and you have lifetime access, so you can pick it up whenever you are back.
Can my partner do it instead of me?
Yes, as long as they are good at putting new systems in and you are willing to work with them and let things change. Rachael was the spouse of the mechanic.
Talk it through with anyone else involved before you start, so everybody is clear on what you expect.
Will it work if I am on my own?
Yes. Week one looks at your own productivity first, which is the thing you build a team on. You finish with the systems already written, so the people you hire step into something that works.

The Engine Room is for shops over $50,000 a month at $3,255 + GST a month, and it changes how the whole business runs, with group sessions and three two-day intensives a year.
What if I am already over $50,000 a month?
Then the Academy is not where you should start. Go and look at The Engine Room instead.
How long do I get access for?
